David joined Inalytics as Director, Transitions in July 2020.
He graduated from the University of Birmingham in 1986 with a degree in Physics and an MBA (Dist.) from the City University Business School in 1996. David is a CFA Charterholder.
Prior to this he worked at The Asset Management Exchange where he was responsible for launching funds on their ICAV and CCF platforms. Previously David was Head of Transition Management, EMEA at BlackRock and led a 30+ team located in London.
The transition management team was responsible for providing risk-managed solutions to institutional investors undergoing portfolio reorganisations across all major asset classes. Successful transitions included mandates for many of the largest and most complex global Public and Private Pension Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Insurance Companies and Wealth Managers.
