Inalytics is the brainchild of Rick Di Mascio and the culmination of his twenty years of experience in pensions and investment management.
The Inalytics service helps Asset Owners to select and monitor Asset or Transition Managers, and Asset Managers to develop the talent in their teams. The Inalytics software and consulting services have received multiple industry awards and are valued by clients in Australia, Germany, Italy, Malaysia, the Netherlands, South Africa, Sweden, the UK and the USA.

Peter Magni MBA is the Data Analyst at Inalytics. His technical experience in developing managerial applications for companies ranging from finance, manufacturing, travel, recruitment and publishing is utilised at Inalytics for finding and fixing data issues within the company’s databases.

Prior to establishing the company, Rick was the Managing Director and CIO of CINMan, the in-house fund manager for the Coal Schemes, and then Head of the UK Unit at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Rick has also held the positions of Director of Olympus Capital Management, a European long/short hedge fund manager, and Executive Director of IMIGest, the leading Italian mutual fund company.

Gabriel has a key role in ensuring that data is processed in a timely manner in order to meet tight deadlines. He has a broad range of IT programming skills, and graduated from University of Portsmouth in 2010.

Rob joined Inalytics in August 2012. As part of the production team his role is to manage the production processes to ensure that they run smoothly. Rob graduated from University of Nottingham with BSc (Hons) in Economics.

Alex joined the team at the beginning of 2013 as Marketing Analyst. He is responsible for ensuring the quality of Inalytics' marketing and published materials.
Previously, Alex worked in a similar role at the Royal United Services Institute. He completed a BA (Hons) in History and Politics and an MA in International Security at the University of Warwick.

Graham joined Inalytics in 2009. He graduated in 1979 with a BSC joint-honours in Computer Science and Economics, and received an MBA (Dist.) in Finance from the City University Business School in 1989.
Prior to joining Inalytics he was a Managing Director and Head of European Transition Services. His investment industry career includes; risk measurement at Barra International and quantitative investment management, derivatives, transition management and alternative investments at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM). He was a founder and leader of the first specialist transition management team in Europe. Graham was the instigator and driver behind the T-Charter initiative (best practice standards for transition managers).

Angus joined Inalytics in 2010 and is Director of Client Relationships. He moved from Invest & Give where he was Head of Distribution, and previous to this, he was Head of Distribution at Smith & Williamson Investment Management. Angus brings with him over 20 years+ investment experience and wide-ranging relationships with fund groups, product providers and intermediaries.
Angus's career has also seen him hold senior investment sales positions at Aon Asset Management, Skandia UK Group and Baillie Gifford & Co. During this time, he led and developed sales activities worldwide but with a particular focus on the UK and Europe.

Sandro has been with the company since February 2003. Prior to that he worked in the fund management industry for 15 years, specialising in quantitative analysis and European equities, with responsibilities for managing portfolios, sector analysis and client servicing. His current responsibilities include interpretation of client data and value-added consulting services.
Sandro is an Associate Member of the UK Society of Investment Professionals (SIP).

Her industry experience includes 13 years with MLIM in Melbourne and London working with transitions and quantitative funds management. During this time she led the launch and establishment of the successful MLIM Asia Pacific Transition team. Previously she had worked with performance and risk.

As well as planning, tracking and supervising the day-to-day running of the development projects, Tony's main duties include high level and detailed design, SQL and testing. Malcolm joined Inalytics in 2006, having previously been Global Head of Performance Analysis at ABN Amro Asset Management where he was responsible for developing all aspects of investment performance analysis. Between 1994 and 1999 he worked for Rothschild Asset Management in various capacities, including being Global Head of Performance Analysis. He has a degree in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University and is an Associate of the Society of Investment Professionals and from 2005 to 2009 was an External Examiner for Masters Degrees in Investment Management at London Metropolitan University.
